AU Solutions is honored to announce the transition of its CEO role from Charlie Stinson to Matt McAdams, who will now serve as President and Chief Executive Officer.
McAdams, who joined AU Solutions in 2015, is a key member of the executive leadership team and most recently served as President and Chief Operations Officer. In his new capacity, McAdams will focus on strengthening the company’s core business, enhancing customer value, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of AU Solutions.
During his tenure at AU Solutions, McAdams has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to the company’s customers. His experience in the industry combined with his passion for innovation and operational excellence uniquely positions him to guide AU Solutions to the next phase.

Stinson assumed the role of CEO over 18 years ago, transforming the company into a global provider of an expansive portfolio of customized solutions for the agriculture market, including extended lines of adjuvants, inert packages, components, biological formulations, micronutrients and more, all tailored to meet diverse customer needs.
Over his 34 years with the company, Stinson dedicated his career to building a first-class team of professionals, state-of-the-art facilities and an unparalleled business culture focused on integrity and relationships. Although Stinson is stepping down as CEO, his journey with AU Solutions continues in his role as Chairman of the Board and advisor to the company’s executive team.
